6:30 AM – Rise & shine (after 3 alarms and one “ugh why is it still dark?” moment). Scrubs on, edges laid, lashes curled. You’re not just walking in — you’re arriving.

8:00 AM – Chart prep, check-in, and vibe check with your coworkers (because team energy is 💯 important).

10:45 AM – Vitals? Done. Injections? Handled. Patient calmed after WebMD gave them a panic attack? Queen behavior.

1:00 PM – Quick lunch. Yes, it’s a protein bar. Yes, you’re still hungry. Yes, you’re scrolling TikTok for “nurse life” memes. (Same.)

3:30 PM – A little back pain? Yep. A lot of pride? DOUBLE YEP.
